My name is Gwyn and I most recently work as a Beach Manager for a large company providing active holidays for families groups and individuals operating throughout Europe. We specialise in sailing and windsurfing, including foiling in both disciplines as well as offering wake board and water ski.
I have many years experience now in the industry, working in a variety of different locations and beaches. I am now working as the beach manager at a premium windsurf resort in Lesvos, Greece. I have been in charge of the operation on the beach, including the day to day running of the resort, organising the other instructors in what they will be teaching for the day/week, extensive guest care seeing to their individual needs and requirements for the courses we run, risk assessments, stock take and upkeep of kit, planning and leading staff training in a variety of different disciplines and constant evaluation of areas of development.
