Hello! We are a Dive & Management Couple, ready for adventures! We have many years experience in luxury resorts and dive centres, on remote islands. We are bilingual French/English. Yoann is a PADI MSDT and Sarah a PADI Rescue, presently doing her Divemaster with me. Yoann has a boat captain licence and Sarah has a STCW certificate with skipping experience, both with lots of experience on different boats. We both have extra skills on our sleeves! From SCUBA equipment & cylinder inspection and repair certification, to international travel diploma, yoga leader, photographer... We concentrate on efficiency, presentation, procedures, sales and mostly, guests experience. Not to forget conservation! We are very conscious about our environment; we focus on eco-friendly lifestyle and love outdoors activities.
We worked for two seasons at Kamalame Cay 5* Resort & Residences, as Activities Director (Yoann) and Activities & Spa Manager (Sarah). Independently in charge of all activities operations, staff, boats, equipment, admin. The beautiful Overwater Spa has been completely renovated under Sarah's efforts, and a new organic product line has been implemented with a new service menu. We were on-hand working, doing all tasks from cleaning the shop to orders to doing all offered activities ourselves. We also installed new moorings for our dive sites and completed a coral nursery project.
