I just graduated IKO instructor Lvl1 in beginning on October 2019
II'm doing my first experience as instructor in Thailandia and I am so motiveted to develope this career.
I speak English, Italian and I'm improving Spanish and French.

Before my IKO certification I have worked in the management of a italian company until october but now I would like improve my worker's skills out of my country.
I covered every thing in production , management of human resources (200) , sales, marketing, economic development and control.
I have a good feeling with digital communication if you needed.
But I am ready to learn again, I am proactive and very motivated.

My qualifications are good in the soft skills - Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Leadship and Attention to detail.
And my hard skills are developed in organization, control, planning of business
