I am a positive, enthusiastic and friendly person who absorbs facts quickly and easily pick up new tasks and accept targets for myself. I like to get things right first time and I am prepared to take initiative when required and can be relied upon by others. I am a team player and great team leader. My career objectives in the watersports industry is to become an RYA advanced instructor and beyond that an RYA windsurfing trainer. So I can teach people of all abilities to windsurf and train the next generation of instructors.
