We allow members to load their documents to keep on file on our secure server. If an employer would like to see your documents you can easily select to share with them. Either you or the Employer will need to be a Green Flash Member for this feature to work.
If you have your documents loaded in your profile and an employer expresses an interest in hiring you, it is as simple as sharing the document. It is an easy way to keep your certifications and accreditations up to date and stored in a place they are easily shared.
We accept Files as Word Document, PDF, Excel or Powerpoint. If you aren't sure if your file is the correct format look for the extension of the file name (for example WFA - Level 1.ppt)
Word Document ends in .doc or doc.x
PDF ends in .pdf
Excel ends in .xls
Powerpoint ends in .ppt
If your file doesn't have the right format, you may be able to change it easily: You can open the file, select "SAVE AS" and select one of the above options in the dropdown to change the file format. Save As Word Document, for example. If this doesn't solve your problem, you can take a screen shot of your document and insert the image into another file format, such as Powerpoint or a Word Document. Or it may be easiest to ask the provider to send you a copy in another format.
You can load more than one file, just complete each upload, one at a time.
