What we are looking for:

Water sports instructor and speed boat captain

Our motorised water sports are very popular and the heart of our operation. You must have your STCW qualification, 3 years experience and be vaccinated.

Your job will be to ensure that your boat is always safe and ready to welcome guest sand to provide them with a great, safe time, whether they are novices or professionals.  You will help them improve their levels or just have fun.  Whatever their requirement, you will be the catalyst to them having a memorable time.

We are always expanding, hence we’re constantly looking for new fun professional team members.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Daily boat inspection should be logged. Particular attention should be paid to identifying potential hazards and checking the maintenance and status of the vessel is very important. Issues to be reported t ohte supervisor immediately.

• Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits and complies with the company policy handbook.

• Safe working conditions and operating practices must be established on board. The safety equipment provided must be on board and used, including the use of properly adjusted safety harnesses when working aloft or outboard.

• The boat must always be operated in compliance with all applicable local and international regulations.
