As a part of our Camp Leadership team, you will manage a professional staff (ages 19+), address the needs of parents, manage the operational aspects of camp, and find fulfillment building a program that inspires kids to love outdoor life. Job Requirements: Must be at least 23 Years old Bachelor's Degree preferred Wilderness First Aid & CPR (can obtain post hire, prior to start of camp) Valid Driver's License Previous camp leadership experience with a day or overnight camp Experience in at least one of our core sports (biking, climbing, hiking, paddling) Important Details: Typical Camp Leadership schedule: (Must be reachable during evenings for immediate needs) Monday- Friday approximately 7:00am- 4:30pm. Camp Leadership training will take place in early May. All staff training occurs in early June.
