Job Description

We are looking for an experienced kitesurfing instructor to join our team for the 2021-2022 season. We are a busy school operating in Turks and Caicos for the last 10 years. Season runs from November 1 to Sept 10, 2022. 
 

Successful candidates will have:

- at least 5 years professional teaching experience 

- experience with teaching foiling and wing foiling 

- IKO Level 1 certification or equivalent 

- exceptional work ethic and team dynamics 

Additional skills in the following areas are an asset:

- web design, social media and marketing/advertising

- kite repair and sewing

- small engine repair and service

Instructor packages starting at $30 USD/hr and increasing to $50/hr based on work ethic, customer reviews and performance. Accommodation and transportation are arranged separately and can be provided as part of the package. Typical instructor hours average 50-90h per month. Tips range from $100-1000USD/ month.
