Position Description
Snow Sports Administrator
Primary Objective:
To work alongside the Head of Snow School, Head of Performance, Guest Services and Ski School Team Leaders to co-ordinate school bookings, payroll, administration, sales and revenue in relation to our Snow Sports School.

Key Tasks:
- Together with the snow sports team drive school bookings and revenue.
- Process all pre-season school enquiries, bookings and payments
- Respond to general email enquiries about the Snow Sports School programmes
- Process all bookings for local Wanaka school programmes including invoicing and payments
- To manage sign outs, payroll and recording of hours within snow sports school
- Manage tracking of 30 hour contracts
- Provide general administration support to the Snow Sports School department
- Collect and check Snow Sports School contracts and general HR paperwork.
- Manage booking process for Riders & Sliders, Team and other specialised programmes as required
- Coordinate Exit paperwork and completion of departmental surveys
- Communicate with the Snow Sports and Rentals Manager in regards to sign outs, payroll and school achievement records.
- Process daily Snow Sports School sign outs and provide pay information to admin.
- Handle general customer enquiries, assisting guests in bookings and product purchase on mountain and pre-season
- Assist in the planning and execution of staff training
- Assist in any other department’s duties where required.

- To be knowledgeable and up to date with all our products and pricing to deal with all transactions on the basis of official prices.

Experience:
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work load.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
