Job Description

Responsibilities include greeting guests ages 3 and up, ensuring proper class sizes and communicating information to guests, helping in the development of ideas for training, programming, marketing of products and teaching group and private lessons. You will be managing a staff of about 100 employees, creating a positive environment for coaches, and inspire creativity in lessons/ski products and must be able to resolve guest issues. Candidates must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task in this fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in a team setting with a diverse population and carry out skills pertaining to instructor management, scheduling, training and payroll. Must be 21 years or older, possess at least a PSIA Level 1 Certificate or be able to achieve it in the first season. PSIA Level II desired. Two plus seasons of teaching experience desired and must be able to ski comfortably and in control on groomed black and ungroomed blue terrain. Must be available to work any weekday, weekend, or holiday shift scheduled. Must own professional-looking solid black snow pants or able to obtain by end of training and own functioning ski equipment that is able to pass a pre-season binding check.
