Positions: 1 x kitesurf rep
Qualifications: First aid, powerboat level 2, Full driving licence IKO level 1 / 2 (desirable), any other RYA instructor qualification (desirable)
Dates needed: 04/05/19 – 08/11/19 (Desirable) but could be flexible

Job Description: You will work closely with our third party suppliers to help to deliver a fun, engaging, safe and informative kitesurfing programme for guests of all ages whilst always providing amazing service. Acting as our presentative for the kitesurf school, your role is to generate and organise the bookings, take guests to the beach and participate in the lessons / head out on the water with guests that have done it before. You need to have a real passion for the sport, with a vision to be able to one day complete your qualification.

A typical day will start around 8:30am, meet with team for a beach meeting to check forecasts, wind direction and then set up the beach. Operational teaching times are between 09:45am and 12:30pm and then 14:30pm to 17:30pm. When not teaching you will be helping out on the beach, launching and landing equipment, covering tower and on the water safety.
