You do not have to be an expert rider, but mountain biking experience is a must. Positivity, leadership, compassion, a love for cooking, and a sense of humor are the qualities we are looking for in our guides. Customer service is key!
We welcome riders of all ages and experience levels so our trips range from easy family rides where the emphasis is having fun outside, to more technical single-track trips that attract seasoned riders. Guides need to be upbeat, respectful, and very well organized.
Requirements:
Maintain a current Wilderness First Responder Certification
Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
Provide a current Food Handlers Certificate
Must be able to commit to a full season. 2-3 trips a month April/May-October
