Huish Outdoors is recalling about 4,500 scuba diving regulators over a drowning hazard.
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the regulators can restrict airflow at low tank pressures (below 500 psi).
The scuba diving regulators were sold from October 2017 to June 2018 under the brand names Hollis and Oceanic.
The CPSC says anyone using the regulators should stop using them immediately, and contact a local Hollis or Oceanic dealer for a free repair.
