Want to check out the world's most dangerous road? Head from La Paz to Coroico. Otherwise try Patagonia and Northern Chile or Chile's Colchagua Valley between the coastal range and the foothills of the Andes. Other hot spots include Copper Canyon in Mexico, Volcanos (literally a hot spot) in Costa Rica, Sacred Valley and the Andes in Peru, Salta and Iguazu National Park in Argentina and to Brazil, more of the Andes in Mérida, Venezuela and Isla Ometepe in Nicaragua
